Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns sent without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted. Always reach out to customer support before sending anything back.

If you refuse delivery of your package and it is returned without prior notice, the return will only be honored if our support team is contacted within 1–2 business days of the refusal. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, the return will be considered unauthorized and ineligible for a refund or credit.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you do not receive your order within 45 days of purchase, contact support and we will issue a full refund.

 

Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment process we are unable to cancel orders after 30 minutes of submission. Orders are typically queued for fulfillment directly into our system the moment they are submitted.

If there is an address issue please reach out to our support team to see if we can redirect the package to your preferred address, but please note this cannot be guaranteed, as orders already in processing or transit are finalized.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

 

Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. Please keep proof of shipment until the item is confirmed as received by our warehouse.

We cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. Transit times are determined by customs authorities and are beyond our control.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please note: banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
