Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process and fulfill.

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

• USA: 7–10 business days

• Euro Zone: 10–14 business days

• Middle East: 10–14 business days

• South America: 10–14 business days

• Asia / Asia Pacific: 10–14 business days

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 calendar days, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.

 

Customs Clearance
Please note that customs fees (import duties or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also be responsible for any costs related to returning your order. Be sure to keep proof of shipment until your return reaches our warehouse, as we can’t cover any issues without a valid tracking number.

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control. Transit times depend on the customs process in your destination country.
